Welcome to Andaleeb Orfi Art Gallery. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of artwork. By using our site, you agree to these terms in full. If you have any questions, please contact us before proceeding.
By accessing or using the Andaleeb Orfi Art Gallery website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
All artworks listed on our website are original, hand-crafted pieces by Andaleeb Orfi. Each piece is unique and one-of-a-kind. Product descriptions, dimensions, and images are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of the artwork.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners. Full payment is required before an order is shipped.
Custom commission requests are subject to artist availability and approval. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to begin work on any commissioned piece. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before shipment.
Clients will receive progress updates and have the opportunity to provide feedback during the creation process. Minor adjustments are included; significant changes to the original brief may incur additional fees.
Commission timelines vary depending on complexity and current workload. Estimated completion times will be communicated at the time of order. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
We ship worldwide using reputable carriers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the artwork. All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
We accept returns of original (non-commissioned) artworks within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to their custom nature, commissioned artworks are non-refundable once work has commenced. The initial deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Purchase of an artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece only. All intellectual property rights, including copyright, reproduction rights, and digital rights, remain exclusively with Andaleeb Orfi unless explicitly transferred in writing.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any artwork without prior written consent from the artist. This includes digital reproduction, printing, and commercial use.
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design elements, is the property of Andaleeb Orfi Art Gallery and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Our website and products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
